How to Upload
📸 Photos:
Just click Upload Media and select a photo from your phone.
No permission settings are required — it will appear in the Gallery automatically once reviewed.
🎥 Videos:
For best playback on our website, please upload your video to
YouTube (Unlisted) or Vimeo and paste the link in the form.
Videos uploaded directly as .mov or .mp4 files may not play inside the Gallery and will instead show as an “Open Video” link.
If you paste a Google Drive link, make sure it is shared as “Anyone with the link can view.”
Tips
- Please include team name and date in the description.
- Avoid posting close-ups of kids from other teams without permission.
- Shorter videos load faster and are easier to feature.
